My Project.

For my birthday I talked Ryan into helping me put together some unfinished chairs we have had since we lived in New Mexico! Here is the finished project. We finished the chairs and refinished the table. It's not perfect but it looks a whole lot better!

Carving Pumpkins!

Our pumpkin carving party!

Coral wasn't so sure she liked cleaning out the pumpkin! =)

Coral and Peter designed their own pumpkin and were even able to carve some of it.

Such concentration.

The Finished Products.

CORAL'S

PETER'S

Peter & his pumpkin (he's sporting the costume he wore for the first trunk or treat). Peter drew the face first and then decided it needed legs, hence the long stripes below the mouth! So cute! =)

Corall & her pumpkin, complete with eye lashes! I thought they both did a great job!

Halloween!

The kids had a lot of fun with Halloween this year. They went "trunk or treating" twice and really "trick or treating" Halloween night. And every time they dressed up as something different. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the first costumes, Coral was a 50's poodle skirt girl and Peter was a ninja type character (some costume with a mask, cape and sword.

Tinkerbell & Darth Vadar were the second trunk or treaters.

And a Ballerina & Pirate went Trick or Treating Halloween night. Aren't their expressions great, the door bell had just rung with our first trick or treat vistors and they were so excited, but I made them pause for a pictures and this is what we got! =) If you look close you'll notice Peter has a beard. Which he was very excited about. He would point it out at each house he went to.

I'm Back!

I've been horrible about updating our blog. We took a wonderful trip to New York in August and I took ALOT of pictures with my family. I wanted to post them before I continued but.....it's not happening. SO, I will have to go back and update those when I can but, for now here are some of the latest happenings here in the Rasmussen home.
